These Terms & Conditions govern your use of SongWisher.

Service scope

SongWisher is a digital service for creating event sessions and collecting guest song requests.

SongWisher uses one-time, usage-based billing per created session, typically in the EUR 5-10 range.

No automatic refunds are provided for consumed session credits.

You must use the service lawfully and must not misuse the platform, disrupt operations, or infringe third-party rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SongWisher is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability and liability is limited accordingly.

We may suspend or terminate access in case of abuse, fraud, legal risk, or material breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
